Lead Generation Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Paid Media Specialist to drive our lead generation strategy and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced digital advertising environment.

CMT is an innovative ad-tech company headquartered in Kraków, dedicated to developing cutting-edge software for effective online advertising. Our team of experts collaborates with talented individuals from various disciplines to provide modern advertising solutions for brands, agencies, and digital marketers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, campaign optimization, and delivery of our lead generation strategy. This role involves close collaboration with the Business Intelligence, Creative Marketing, and Sales teams, as well as our SEO Manager.

• Develop and execute media buying and lead generation strategies
• Manage lead generation advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft, Reddit, etc.)
• Optimize campaigns and creatives against performance targets (CAC/Lead Quality/LTV)
• Provide periodic performance reporting and maintain automated report processes
• Maintain conversion data imports, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements
• Cooperate with Creative Marketing to deliver campaign creatives and landing pages
• Work with Product Marketing to highlight products' key selling points in advertising communications
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence to deliver efficient reporting and insights
• Verify lead quality and optimize acquisition strategy with Sales teams

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Excel, Asana, Power BI, and Meta Ads
• Practical experience in managing annual budgets exceeding 300k USD
• Minimum C1 English language proficiency
