Senior Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Consultant to join our team and contribute to the implementation and management of OpenText eDocs Document Management systems.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in implementing and managing OpenText eDocs Document Management systems.
  • A bachelor or advanced degree preferably related to Information Technology is required.
  • The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of OpenText eDocs DM architecture configurations and customizations.
  • Experience in upgrading eDocs DM environment, API integration and development, and implementing custom solutions using OpenText eDocs APIs is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with XML, SOA, Object Orientation, SQL databases, network architecture, SOAP, REST web services, and Single Sign-on mechanisms is essential.

The role involves:

  • Designing and implementing solutions to meet customized business requirements based on OpenText Monitoring Center, eLink, with the usage of PowerShell and REST API.
  • Collaboration with business applications (REST API interfaces).
  • Support for operational teams in resolving complex technical issues.
  • Collaboration with vendors in case of discovered bugs.
  • Providing design and deployment documentation to operational teams for every change to be implemented.
