About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Risk Specialist to join our team in Kraków, Poland. As a key member of our Credit Risk Modeling department, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating management action and restructuring documentation in line with regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update management action and restructuring documentation in line with regulations.
  • Support testing of recovery and restructuring strategies during stress tests.
  • Assist in improving and maintaining management action processes.
  • Ensure accurate regulatory reporting to the ECB, PRA, and other authorities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the Local Recovery Plan.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure compliance with standards and data accuracy.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, or mathematics.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including experience with large datasets and data interpretation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
