We are seeking a highly skilled Global Dynamics365 System Expert to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our Travel Security Assistance application and its satellite systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the configuration and customization of Dynamics365, as well as user support, user onboarding, incident management, and defining requirements. Experience with ServiceNow for user support and incident management is highly desirable.

In addition to Dynamics365, you will provide user support through ServiceNow, handling user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents. You will assist with user onboarding and create documentation to help users effectively utilize the system.

As a member of our distributed team, you will work closely with colleagues in Poland and Denmark to ensure seamless delivery of services. If you are passionate about working with technology and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
