HVAC Sales Engineer for Eastern Europe

As a successful HVAC Applied Sales Engineer, you will drive sales throughout the Czechia/Slovakia region to maximize market share, revenue, and profit. You will ensure sustainable growth for both YORK Distribution channel partners and JCI Applied Indirect business unit.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing the YORK distribution sales strategy in alignment with regional sales & distribution managers
• Developing, supporting, and maintaining trustful relationships with existing YORK channel partners (distributors, mid-market contractors and/or HVAC installers and/or consultants)
• Providing product knowledge, Base of Design and pricing assistance, as well as sales & product coaching and training
• Supporting business development and marketing activities, lead generation initiatives, and overall customer satisfaction by actively seeking out new opportunities and routes to market
• Promoting the Johnson Controls & YORK value proposition by providing business and technical solutions

Required skills and qualifications include:

• Sales personality with proven record delivering results in sales
• At least three to five years successfully specifying, designing, and selling HVAC Applied solutions: Chillers/Heat pump, Terminal Units, Air Handling Units, Rooftop units …
• Great skills to support & train distributors to boost joined growth
• Ability to work to targets and KPI's and self-monitor own performance
• Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills. Salesforce CRM knowledge is a plus
