Key Managerial Role

This is a leadership position that requires a unique blend of business acumen, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills. As a Key Managerial Role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to senior stakeholders, enabling them to achieve their objectives while balancing financial and headcount constraints.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain an accurate headcount plan and budget forecast, highlighting any risks to meeting targets and providing options to mitigate.
  • Contribute to the overall financial plan and forecast, highlighting any risks to meeting financial targets and providing options to mitigate.
  • Lead the approval process for new headcount requests, applying a reasonable level of critique while ensuring approvals are secured at pace.
  • Interface with external vendors to maintain existing relationships and identify new opportunities for resourcing.
  • Support the design and delivery of strategic initiatives, including the development of business cases and benefit validation to support transformation.
  • Support transformational programs and strategic initiatives, such as benefit delivery, diversity and inclusion, location strategy, and organizational design.
  • Produce regular management reporting, as well as ad-hoc analysis and insights.
  • Solve problems and remove blockers.
