Key Responsibilities- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes open communication, transparency, and trust among team members.
- Develop and implement tailored coaching plans to enhance team performance, addressing specific pain points and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes that drive business value.
- Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners in Agile principles, best practices, and tools to ensure seamless adoption.

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or equivalent role with a strong track record of success.
- Extensive knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Possess at least one scaled certification (SAFe 4, LeSS Practitioner) and relevant industry-recognized certifications (e.g., PSMI, PSM II, PSM III, AGILE PM).
