Expert Event Manager Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Event Coordinator with a background in pharmaceuticals/life sciences to oversee various events, including conferences, meetings, webinars, and advisory boards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate and execute events from start to finish, encompassing vendor selection, budget planning and logistics management
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and transparency throughout all engagements
  • Provide technical support for hybrid and virtual meetings
  • Manage Scientific External Experts'/Healthcare Organizations' engagement activities, contracts, and financial approvals
  • Track event performance and implement continuous improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in the pharmaceuticals/life sciences sector
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Financial acumen and problem-solving capabilities
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Teams and SharePoint
