Blockchain Lead Generation Specialist

Visible Magic is a Web3 company creating and delivering blockchain and Web3 products in the US market.
We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Strategist to consistently deliver high-quality leads and schedule meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, omnichannel marketing, and utilizing AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients across various channels.
- Execute effective lead generation strategies: LinkedIn, email outreach, forums, Reddit, communities, databases, and other sources.
- Ensure KPI delivery: at least 40 qualified leads per month.
- Perform outreach touches per week aimed at initiating contact and scheduling meetings.
- Use AI tools to verify and qualify leads before handing them over to the sales team.
- Schedule sales discovery calls per week with prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Experience in lead generation and/or sales.
- Ability to build effective lead generation funnels.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, email tools, and alternative lead generation platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and lead nurturing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
