Job Description

At Antal, we are seeking a skilled Corporate Action specialist to join our team in Wroclaw.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing corporate action and income processing services. This includes event creation, processing, and booking, as well as ensuring timely client notification and instructions handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process corporate actions and income events while adhering to established standards and procedures.
  • Guarantee accurate and timely client notifications and instructions handling.
  • Actively participate in reconciliation and remediation of any CA-related issues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong English language skills.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in the financial sector, preferably in corporate actions or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of securities markets and front-to-back life cycles of corporate action events.
  • Experience with SWIFT messaging, particularly MT56x Corporate Action messages.
  • Understanding of corporate reorganizations, such as mergers, and their impact on securities markets.
