Job Title:

Financial Transaction Specialist

As a Financial Transaction Specialist, you will be responsible for managing financial distributions and transactions for French Private Equity and Real Estate funds. You will ensure compliance with internal procedures and maintain strong relationships with counterparties.

Responsibilities:

  • Process financial distributions and other payment-related tasks for French PE&RE funds.
  • Manage subscriptions, redemptions, successions, and other share movements for these funds.
  • Oversee the management of personal and team email inboxes.
  • Handle cash reconciliations across multiple accounts and monitor fee tracking.
  • Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain communication and build relationships with all counterparties, both internal and external.
  • Participate in internal reporting activities to measure operational quality (KPIs).
  • Actively contribute to the development and improvement of department processes.
  • Identify potential risks in a timely manner to support risk mitigation.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of procedures and SLAs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for various clients, ensuring high-quality customer service.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, proficiency in French and English is essential.
