Job Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Senior General Ledger Accountant. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate general ledger accounting and group financial reporting.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • General Ledger Accounting: Prepare and review general ledger accounts, including journal entries and reconciliations, to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP principles.
  • Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain complex financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • HFM and SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Utilize HFM and SAP S/4HANA software to support both operational and group-level requirements, including complex transactions and compliance with US GAAP.

About You

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in general ledger accounting and group reporting, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of US GAAP principles and experience applying them in practice.
    • Proven experience with HFM and SAP S/4HANA for ledger accounting.
    • Ability to prepare and analyze tax reporting and deferred tax concepts.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
