Job Title: Senior IT Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to take ownership of preparation and coordination activities for external IT audits and regulatory requests. This includes ensuring timely and complete delivery of required evidence, conducting gap assessments against IT compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements, identifying areas for improvement and proposing remediation steps, executing action plans to address IT audit findings and compliance issues.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT risk management principles and audit processes, as well as hands-on experience conducting gap assessments and developing remediation plans. They will be able to work independently on complex compliance tasks with minimal oversight and demonstrate strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of preparation and coordination activities for external IT audits and regulatory requests
  • Ensuring timely and complete delivery of required evidence
  • Conducting gap assessments against IT compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Identifying areas for improvement and proposing remediation steps
  • Executing action plans to address IT audit findings and compliance issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • IT Compliance: Strong knowledge of IT compliance frameworks and regulatory environments
  • IT Audit: Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT compliance, IT audit, or related domains
  • FinTech: Familiarity with financial technology and its implications on compliance
  • DORA: Understanding of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA)
  • PCI DSS: Knowledge of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)
  • Jira: Experience with Jira project management tool
  • Agile: Familiarity with Agile methodology
