Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Professional to join our team at Randstad HR Solutions s.r.o. as an HVAC Sales Manager CZ/SK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the industrial ventilation systems market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Business Development/Customer Service: Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our customer base, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales revenue.
  • Support & Expand Clients' Portfolio: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and support their business growth.
  • Manage Quotes/Offers, Orders & Delivery: Manage the entire sales process, from quote to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution of sales orders.
  • Support for Complaint & Service Issues: Respond promptly to customer complaints and service issues, resolving them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Regular Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience on Similar Position (Technical Product): Proven experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the technical products industry.
  • Czech - Fluent, English - Very Good: Excellent communication skills in Czech and very good English language proficiency.
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office: Proficient in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ambitious, Hard Working & Reliable: Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a strong sense of ambition, hard work, and reliability.
