  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies for the Czech and Slovak markets.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of 360 marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, trade marketing, digital, supply team) and external marketing agencies to foster effective communication and collaboration.
  • Drive New Product Introduction plans for the local organization, ensuring relevance of the portfolio to consumers.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Consumer-first marketing attitude.
  • Natural interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and motivate a multi-functional team.
  • Advanced project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing processes and budgeting.
  • University Degree or equivalent in Business/Marketing.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a brand manager or similar position.
  • Fluent in English and Czech, with excellent writing and speaking skills.
  • Solid MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.
