Change Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Change Management Expert. This role involves coordinating the Cybersecurity Change Board, ensuring compliance with SDLC controls, and reviewing change records for quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT change processes, stakeholder engagement, and service management. They will thrive in a dynamic, international environment and be able to contribute to risk reduction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating the Cybersecurity Change Board and managing agendas in ServiceNow CAB Workbench
  • Ensuring adherence to SDLC controls and educating change initiators
  • Reviewing change records for completeness and quality
  • Reporting on change management metrics and compliance
  • Identifying and addressing recurring issues in collaboration with stakeholders
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Experience in Quality Assurance or data visualization is a plus.
