Role Overview

Mindbox S.A. is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to join our Europe Innovation team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication, governance, planning, and proactive accountability for delivery tasks. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects and tasks related to AI projects for the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • EU AI Portfolio Management
    • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with the EU AI Act.
    • Collaborate with product owners to improve data quality and drive business outcomes.
  • Implementation of EU AI Act Obligations
    • Oversee the implementation of EU AI Act obligations by respective AI service owners.
  • AI Governance Tasks
    • Manage AI governance tasks for 2 or 3 key projects, ensuring adherence to Banks AI Governance process.
    • Provide recommendations for risk mitigation through regular risk steward reviews.
  • Compliance and Security
    • Obtain external hosting approvals for AI systems and ensure compliance with data sharing and privacy regulations.
    • Oversee model risk management processes and ensure proper cybersecurity measures are in place.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Develop and maintain documentation related to project plans, progress, and deliverables.
    • Prepare executive updates and presentations to communicate project status and outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience
    • Strong background in AI, Cloud platforms, and data analysis.
    • Proven experience in delivery management and project management.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Excellent leadership, coordination, and governance skills.
    • Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Education and Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
