We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Data Migration Expert to join our team at Scalanto. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Manufacturing processes and strong expertise in SAP, particularly in Production Planning and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion of data cleansing tasks for relevant objects (e.g., Material master, BOMs, Routings, Production versions)
  • Collaborate with IT teams to prepare value mappings for assigned objects
  • Manage master lists and ensure data collection is completed accurately and on schedule
  • Act as the functional Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for data migration, coordinating with global, regional, and country stakeholders
  • Provide business insights for data extraction and conversion processes from legacy systems
  • Verify data quality and ensure data readiness for assigned objects throughout the migration process
  • Approve data uploads and perform manual data loads when necessary
  • Oversee defect management during Hypercare for data migration
  • Track progress and manage any issues that arise in relation to data objects
Experience and Background:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in global and country roles, ideally within SAP project implementations
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Proven experience with data migration processes, particularly in Manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of SAP in areas such as Production Planning, Supply Chain, and Material Management
  • Proficiency in Excel and the ability to manage complex data sets
Differentiating Qualifications:
  • Experience working on global ERP deployments
  • Knowledge of multi-country data migration requirements
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders across regions
  • Additional SAP certifications or experience with large-scale data migration tools
