The Role

We're looking for an experienced claims customer service specialist to join our dynamic team in Budapest. As a key member of our Claims Team, you'll play a critical role in delivering best-in-class customer service and ensuring that our customers receive seamless support throughout the claims process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring that customers are treated with empathy and respect at all times.
  • Collect and record accurate details from customers, asking relevant questions to gain a thorough understanding of their circumstances.
  • Verify and monitor digital claims, following up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Compare and validate information provided by customers, being vigilant for potential fraud concerns and escalating issues to our specialist fraud team as necessary.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
