Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to join our Presales team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the entire presales process, from understanding client needs to shaping project proposals. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the discovery phase, moderating client meetings, prioritizing requirements, and defining the MVP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the discovery process in collaboration with the Sales team to ensure a deep understanding of client business needs and objectives.
  • Validate and refine client ideas to align with feasibility and project constraints.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the discovery phase, facilitating discussions and setting clear expectations with prospects.
  • Proactively suggest new functionalities or business directions based on discovery insights, market research, and industry best practices.
  • Facilitate transparent communication among stakeholders, including C-level executives, ensuring alignment on project vision and scope.
  • Moderate meetings effectively, guiding discussions and managing time to ensure productive outcomes.
  • Presents proposed solution concepts to various stakeholder groups, articulating business value and technical feasibility.
  • Define and prioritize requirements by engaging with clients to understand their functional and non-functional needs.
  • Help prioritize features to shape a well-defined MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and to maintain project backlogs.
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Architect and technical teams to translate business requirements into conceptual solution designs.
  • Provide development teams with comprehensive documentation to ensure clarity in project goals and success metrics.
  • Identify and analyze key project risks, developing mitigation strategies and proactively resolving conflicts.
  • Prepare clear documentation, presentations, and project proposals that highlight feasibility and alignment with client objectives.
  • Ensure ongoing knowledge transfer to delivery teams for seamless handover from discovery to implementation.
