About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist with Portuguese language skills. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, either via phone, email, or chat
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution
Requirements:
  • Fluent Portuguese language skills (B2 level or higher)
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
