Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IT Specialist to join our team at Link Group. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom applications and modules in the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, CMDB, or IRM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
  • Implement workflows, business rules, and UI customization to enhance the platform's functionality.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications via APIs and middleware.
  • Maintain and update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Enhance and support risk management processes using the IRM module, including audits, policies, and control testing.
  • Perform platform upgrades and implement new features as released by ServiceNow.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure platform stability and performance.
