About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the definition and analysis of requirements for end-to-end e-commerce projects tailored to large retail brands. You will drive the integration of core retail technologies within a composable commerce framework, ensuring modularity, scalability, and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis of business challenges and implement solutions that leverage data analytics and AI to enhance decision-making, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and implement solutions that align with MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless).
  • Drive the integration of commerce engines, PIM, CMS, and data orchestration layers within a composable commerce framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Business Analyst expertise.
  • PIM system knowledge.
  • E-commerce platform experience (Magento, Shopify, etc.).
  • ERP and CRM understanding.
  • BPMN and UML proficiency.
  • SQL and database management skills.
  • BI tool expertise (Looker, Power BI, etc.).
  • Agile project management experience.
