Space Computing Specialist

We are seeking a Junior General Computing Technician to join our team in Brno, Prague, or surrounding areas. As a member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for managing requests and incidents through our tracking tool, providing technical assistance, and contributing to the resolution of customer tickets.

• Manage and resolve customer tickets efficiently.
• Provide technical assistance and support to internal customers.
• Write technical notes and document work done.
• Contribute to the improvement of our knowledge base.

• Technical Diploma in computing or ICT.
• 1 year of experience in IT support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
