Salary

We are offering a competitive salary for this position, estimated to be between €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.


Job Description

We are seeking a Computing Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team in Brno, Prague, or the nearby area. This role will involve managing requests and incidents through a tracking tool, taking into account internal customer tickets, and contributing to the resolution of incidents and requests.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for writing technical notes in the knowledge base under the direct supervisor's control, completing documentation in the 'tracking' tool, and providing technical assistance.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • General knowledge of Windows, Linux, and MacOS
  • General knowledge of office software or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Office 365 administration environment
  • Working knowledge of incident tracking tools
  • ITIL Certification
  • Microsoft certification or equivalent

In addition to these technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess strong customer service-oriented skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work on multiple activities simultaneously, excellent teamwork skills, and adherence to hierarchy and procedures.
