Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Expert to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Content Manager, Designer, and Sales Department, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns;
  • Enhance brand visibility and market presence through various marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and SEO;
  • Analyze campaign results, identify areas for improvement, and adapt strategies accordingly;
  • Manage internal branding identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Digital marketing expertise, with a strong understanding of email marketing platforms (Salesforce, MailChimp, Campaigner), social media management, and SEO principles;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders;
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with relevant industry experience preferred.
