Holisticon Connect, a division within NEXER GROUP - a custom software development company, is seeking an experienced Sales Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our cross-functional Growth Team, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive new business development and growth.

Job DescriptionThis role involves creating & executing strategies for lead generation as per ICP, further prospecting, qualification, and negotiations. Your goal will be to become an expert in selected offerings and specialize in hunting for new projects to solve customer pains and challenges. You will have a chance to work with multiple of our offerings and services within the Biotech/Pharma, Automotive, Connectivity, AR/VR, or Energy sectors in Europe.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create and execute sales strategies to drive new business growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Qualify and convert leads into paying customers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven track record of sales success in international markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Passion for learning and growth
