Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the robustness and reliability of our production environment.

You will work closely with high-paced development cycles and fast engineering growth, designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distributed Systems Expertise: Designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting distributed systems to ensure seamless operation.
  • Release Cycle Understanding: Understanding the full application release cycle (CI/CD) to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Cloud Services Expertise: Working with cloud services and modern web applications at scale to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Chaos Engineering and Performance Testing: Conducting chaos engineering and performance testing to identify and resolve issues before they impact users.
  • System Architecture Planning: Planning and implementing system architecture to meet business needs and ensure scalability.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Leading cross-team efforts to drive collaboration and alignment across different departments.
  • DevOps and Infrastructure Experience: Bringing DevOps and infrastructure expertise to drive automation and efficiency in our operations.
  • Product Understanding and Passion for Building Software: Demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and a passion for building software that meets user needs.

You will take full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment, working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
