Responsibilities include:

  1. Plan sprints and releases aligned with business objectives.
  2. Prioritize tasks based on business requirements.
  3. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to enhance team collaboration.
  4. Support development teams in self-organization and effective communication.
  5. Ensure Agile and Scrum principles are understood and followed.
  6. Manage and refine the product backlog in alignment with business goals.
  7. Review and validate sprint outcomes, provide feedback to development teams.
  8. Monitor performance metrics, track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
  9. Coordinate planning, reporting, documentation, and communication using Azure DevOps.
  10. Oversee integration, data migration, and production deployment planning.
  11. Ensure system architecture supports scalability, reliability, and performance.
  12. Supervise documentation completeness and accuracy.
  13. Define sprint capacity planning and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the Product Owner.
  14. Conduct retrospectives and weekly reviews to refine backlog and priorities.
  15. Lead sprint acceptance meetings and ensure readiness for delivery.
  16. Identify and mitigate technical risks and competency gaps within development teams.
  17. Maintain up-to-date reporting and documentation in Azure DevOps.
