Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Profitability Analyst to join our Finance team at Notino. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will be responsible for evaluating the financial viability of projects and providing strategic insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Design and implement methodologies for evaluating project profitability, including ROI, NPV, IRR, and other relevant financial metrics.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report data about realized projects to management for assessing actual outcomes.
  • Project Evaluation: Conduct detailed financial analysis of proposed projects, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Financial Data Management: Collect, manage, and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and reliability in profitability calculations.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing the financial viability of projects, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to support the prioritization and approval of projects.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on financial evaluation criteria.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with industry best practices and continuously improve the profitability evaluation process.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Financial Analysis: Expertise in analyzing complex financial data to provide actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Accuracy and Precision: Commitment to ensuring accuracy and precision in financial calculations and reports.
  • Business Acumen: Capability to understand the broader business context and align project evaluations with organizational goals.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Language Skills: Mandatory proficiency in English (at least B2).
  • Financial Modeling and Analysis Tools: Proficiency in relevant financial modeling and analysis tools.
  • Financial Metrics and Methodologies: Familiarity with financial metrics and methodologies used in project evaluation, including ROI, NPV, and IRR.
  • Experience and Education: Minimum of 3 years in financial analysis, project evaluation, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field would be a big plus.
