We are looking for a highly experienced Workday expert to join our team and contribute to the optimization of core HR processes. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders to assess current usage, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure effective adoption of Workday functionalities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and optimizing Workday HCM solutions, with strong knowledge of core HCM processes including organization design, security, and compensation.
- Analyze and optimize core HCM functionalities including organizational structure, role and security design, and compensation planning.
- Assess integration landscape and data flows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Support user enablement and adoption across different roles and geographies.
- Drive process simplification, automation readiness, and data quality improvements.
- Gather feedback from business stakeholders on recurring issues and identify actionable solutions.
We value expertise in system integrations and downstream data flows, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in English is required, with additional languages being an advantage.
