We are seeking a highly experienced Market Access Director to spearhead our growth strategy in Central Europe, focusing on Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia.

Your Mission:

  • Develop and execute market access strategies to drive business growth and expand our product portfolio in Central Europe.
  • Lead interactions with government agencies, healthcare professionals, and payers to overcome reimbursement barriers and foster positive relationships.
  • Promote value-based solutions that improve patient outcomes and enhance market access.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling value propositions and ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Analyze health economic data and develop impactful communications to inform key stakeholders.
  • Maintain expertise in local healthcare policies, regulations, and industry trends to advise senior leadership.

You Will Thrive If You:

  • Hold a Master's degree in a business or life science-related field, with additional education in Political Science, Health Economics, Public Policy/Administration preferred.
  • Possess 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/medical device industry, specifically in Market Access.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare dynamics, including government policies and programs.
  • Showcase a strong commercial background, health economics knowledge, and experience aligning market access strategies with government policies.
  • Exhibit exceptional public affairs experience and proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Czech/Slovak, Hungarian, Slovenian, Croatian, and English.
