Job Description

As an IT Operations Manager at Wipro, you will have the opportunity to work in a leading global workforce solution company and lead the support of their country-based IT applications.

You will be responsible for managing the overall Operate team, working on L1, L2, and L3 tickets, interacting with customers, and reporting monthly and weekly status.

The ideal candidate will have proficient language skills in Polish, good communication with business users, and strong technical knowledge in Java, J2EE, and Oracle.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience in stakeholder management and reporting, disaster recovery, and business continuity, as well as risk management and escalation handling.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proficient knowledge of Java, J2EE, and Oracle
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in disaster recovery and business continuity
  • Strong ITIL knowledge and process implementation experience
