Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Architect and Engineer to drive the design and implementation of our data engineering solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive data architecture that meets the growing needs of our business.
  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines using a wide range of technologies, including Python, PySpark, SQL, and AWS/Azure/GCP platforms.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging trends in data engineering to enhance our data capabilities and meet organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on our data systems, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer among team members.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in data engineering and architecture.
  • Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL) and OLTP/OLAP principles.
  • Expertise in orchestration tools (Apache Airflow, Prefect) and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with stream processing, data warehousing, and data lakes.
