About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Project Manager, where you will be responsible for supporting the IRR Programme Director in delivering programme outcomes. The role requires excellent project management skills, collaboration with others, clear communication, and extensive interaction with stakeholders across Finance and Risk.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory reporting processes and controls, as well as knowledge of financial frameworks and regulators. A background in finance or regulatory audit is highly valued. If you are self-motivated, adaptable, and able to navigate high-complexity projects, this could be the perfect fit for you.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with Finance, Risk, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the programme. You will also be responsible for developing and overseeing project plans, monitoring progress, tracking key performance indicators, and addressing risks and challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain a robust regulatory reporting framework aligned with control standards and data policies.
  • Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and resources are effectively managed.
  • Monitor progress, track key performance indicators, and address risks, issues, and critical challenges.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Finance, Risk, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and materials for governance forums and decision-making bodies.

Requirements
  • Strong project management skills, including experience in managing complex projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strong understanding of regulatory reporting processes and controls, as well as knowledge of financial frameworks and regulators.
  • A background in finance or regulatory audit is highly valued.
