About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Engineer to join our team at Capgemini Polska Sp. z o.o. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for deploying and installing Property Management Systems to hotel properties across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hotel management teams to schedule remote/onsite activities, trainings, and system configuration
  • Provide technical support and issue resolution through collaboration with internal and external support teams
  • Communicate with implementation team members to ensure seamless project execution
  • Sign off on projects, providing wrap-up and handover as per project plans and task lists
  • Maintain personal development and onboarding plans, working with senior associates and management to achieve full exposure to all implementation project types
  • Attend internal departmental and training calls, actively participating in information sharing through approved channels
