Job Description
This key role requires leading the data engineering competency domain targeted for delivery optimization and managing our team of Data Engineers in Elitmind. The successful candidate will stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, conducting research and executing new techniques, setting up and developing internal procedures and standards for development and operations, managing internal Center of Excellence initiatives in DevOps tribe, gathering best practices, frameworks, and standards to provide reusable components, and providing a technical roadmap and architecture for Data platforms proposed to our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess experience in configuration/release management, deployment, maintenance, and familiarity with various data platforms and practices. They should also have knowledge of enterprise architectures and technology trends, with a specific focus on the Microsoft ecosystem. Additionally, they should be proficient in SQL, Python, and have experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation practices, and technical operations monitoring.
