Job Description:

As a Tech SEO Content Writer, your primary responsibility will be to create engaging, tech-focused content that is clear, concise, and digestible for a variety of audiences. You will work closely with marketing teams, developers, and designers to optimize content for user experience and ensure best practices like page speed, structured data, and mobile-friendliness are considered.

You will also be responsible for creating content that aligns with SEO best practices, including keyword research, metadata, and internal linking. This will involve collaborating with marketing and SEO teams to develop content plans that drive organic traffic and monitoring content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Search Console to improve rankings.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to write about fintech, SaaS, and other tech-related topics, as well as collaborate with other teams to develop content that meets the needs of our diverse audience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO content writing, preferably in the tech industry
  • Strong understanding of on-page SEO, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and internal linking
  • Experience using SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
  • Ability to write compelling, keyword-optimized content that ranks well on search engines without sounding forced
  • Exceptional command of American English, including grammar, syntax, and tone
  • Ability to create engaging, tech-focused content that is clear, concise, and digestible for a variety of audiences
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure content accuracy and consistency
  • Experience working with content calendars and aligning content with broader marketing goals
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing teams, developers, and designers to optimize content for user experience
