Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and grow our community across social media and online platforms.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage engaging content for our social media channels.
- Act as the main point of contact between the community and the project team, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
- Plan and execute online events, such as AMAs, webinars, and community calls, to keep the community informed and engaged.
- Produce and manage high-quality content including posts, articles, and updates that align with our brand and community goals.
- Coordinate and execute airdrop campaigns to attract and retain community members.
- Gather and analyze community feedback to improve our products and services.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
- Monitor and report on community growth and engagement metrics.
- Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in launching marketing campaigns and growing online communities.
- Strong skills in creating content: posts, articles, and social media updates.
- Good understanding of social media strategies and tactics to drive growth across platforms.
- Creative mindset focuses on finding new ways to promote and engage audiences.
- Experience with various technologies and content management tools, interested in applying them to marketing.
- Skills in analyzing and reporting engagement metrics.
- Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in marketing.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
