Global Sales Professional with German Market Expertise

Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive Specialist fluent in German and English to bolster our expansion in the global market. As a key member of our sales team, you will work with qualified leads, provided by our lead generation/qualification team, and see them through to closure. Your role entails delivering tailored solutions that meet customer expectations, resulting in successful deals.
Responsibilities
- Conducting a structured sales process with prospects and successfully closing deals.
- Delivering impactful sales pitches during workshops and follow-up discussions with customers.
- Identifying key customer expectations and tailoring the negotiation process and the offer to meet those expectations.
- Familiarizing yourself with product documentation, our value proposition, and customer profiles.
- Continuously educating yourself to improve and deepen your understanding of QA processes in IT.
- Utilizing CRM software to manage prospects and document achieved results on a daily basis.
Requirements
- B2B Sales experience with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in remote sales / deals closing.
- Proficiency in German and/or English at the C1-C2 level, enabling effective engagement with German and English-speaking customers.
- A strong understanding of sales theory, familiarity with the sales process stages, and the ability to handle objections while maintaining a focus on results.
- Previous experience in IT sales, particularly in SaaS or educational products targeting similar market segments, and familiarity with software development and QA processes.
