We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to lead our team in exploring the possibilities of GenAI coding assistants. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for taking initial proofs of concept and maturing them into practical insights that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Productivity Analysis: Review existing GenAI CA PoC productivity analysis and improve and develop future roadmap and delivery strategy.

  • Analytical Model Refining: Work closely with HSBC data analysts and researchers to refine analytical models and methodologies.
