We are looking for a skilled GL Accountant to join our team. As a key player in general ledger accounting, you will ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and process optimization.

Job Description
  • Financial Data Management – Oversee the general ledger, ensuring accurate data entry, reconciliations, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Closing Procedures – Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including adjustments and accruals.
  • Analysis & Compliance – Review balance sheets and income statements, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with AP, AR, Tax, Treasury, and other teams to streamline financial operations.
  • Audit & Reporting Support – Prepare financial data and reports for internal and external audits.
  • Process Improvement & Development – Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing financial processes and reporting.
Requirements
  • A graduate in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in accounting (GL, financial reporting).
  • Fluent in English (Italian is a strong advantage).
  • ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills.
  • An analytical, detail-oriented individual who can work under pressure.
