Job Description:

Spendbase is the go-to platform for optimizing cloud and software subscription expenses.

We are seeking a highly skilled Middle Finance Specialist to oversee financial operations, manage bank relationships, and facilitate account openings. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with banks in various countries to facilitate the opening of new entities and accounts.
  • Gather and prepare all required documentation for account openings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Track and manage deadlines related to financial operations and account setups, ensuring timely execution of transactions.
  • Maintain a payments calendar, guaranteeing seamless execution of transactions and sufficient liquidity across accounts.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record in financial operations, banking, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
  • Familiarity with financial documentation and payment workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
