Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and perform analytical activities for one or more projects, programs, or value streams.
  • Gather, translate, and clarify business requirements, defining design options that meet customer needs.
  • Assist in translating business and project requirements into detailed functional requirements.
  • Capture, analyze, and document business processes (including IT processes).
  • Create customer journey and product functionality analyses to inform solution development.
  • Support delivery experts in defining solution options that can be evaluated to recommend the best solution option that meets stakeholder needs and delivers the greatest value.
  • Participate in change management activities to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Provide administrative support to the Product Owner during the evolution of the product roadmap.
  • Implement solutions, including implementation readiness and pilot activities to validate effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on change interventions such as training and communication to facilitate adoption.
  • Manage the requirements lifecycle from inception to retirement, including continuous improvement and reuse to maximize value.
  • Provide expertise in DevOps pipeline tools and agile engineering practices to enhance efficiency.
