Your key responsibilities will include:

* Searching for consultants across internal databases and external platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, forums, and other relevant websites.
* Collaborating closely with the Nearshore Sourcing Team to meet sourcing and recruitment goals.
* Gathering information from the Sourcing team on high-priority requests/projects to ensure alignment with recruitment targets.
* Creating dynamic and static lists to expand talent pools for high-value requests and client needs.
* Monitoring incoming requests and delivering profiles to recruiters, especially for the ones covered by the Data Quality Center during past projects.
* Supporting the Sales team with advanced searches and data needed.
* Reporting on delivered consultants, process stage, and strategic insights based on Business Intelligence.

Requirements:

* Excel, MS Teams, and MS Office proficiency.
* Analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Experience in market research and data reporting.
* English language proficiency (B2 level).
