3D Creative Specialist

We are seeking a talented 3D Generalist to join our Product department and work on our exciting Monopoly World project.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets and animations that bring our virtual world to life.

• Collaborate with the art and design teams to develop visually stunning environments and characters
• Create and implement 3D models, textures, and animations for in-game assets
• Optimize assets for performance while maintaining visual quality

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Strong skills in 3D modeling, texturing, and shading using industry-standard software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter)
• Solid knowledge of 3D animation principles and experience in creating dynamic animations and motion graphics
• Experience with real-time engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine
• Ability to optimize assets for mobile platforms, ensuring high performance and smooth gameplay
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and rendering techniques
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team and contribute to the overall vision
• A keen eye for detail with a passion for creating visually stunning and immersive environments
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach
• A portfolio showcasing your 3D modeling, animation, and design work, particularly in gaming
