Senior Artwork Project Coordinator

At Capgemini, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Connected Marketing Services team as a Senior Artwork Project Coordinator.
This position will work closely with a key client's global innovation and design teams, supporting the delivery of packaging artwork projects.
About the RoleThe Senior Packaging/Artwork Project Coordinator will manage multiple packaging artwork projects from design through to print production for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client.
With over 3 years of experience and a strong background in project management, this individual will assist in day-to-day operations of artwork projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within the defined scope.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Assist senior team members by facilitating meetings, coordinating between cross-functional teams, and providing documentation support.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor progress, facilitate communication, and identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays for on-time pack design delivery and implement solutions to mitigate them.
- Reporting and Communication: Communicate updates to Artwork project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and highlight potential impacts or risks.
- Process Improvement: Assist in creating post-project reviews, documentation to summarize lessons learned, and recommend improvements.
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, project management, or a related field.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira.
- Software Skills: Familiarity with artwork and design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; highly collaborative and excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
