Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Expert at IVF Media, you will be responsible for managing production per the MPS, handling tasks within the Leads Manager system autonomously, and analyzing visibility reports to derive insights.

You will also take ownership of selected areas, gather client feedback on our websites, and propose enhancements in customer service processes.

Additionally, you will work daily with the CRM, identify market opportunities, and actively suggest improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy of data in clinic profiles and on IVF Media websites.
  • Independently manage production per the MPS.
  • Handle tasks within the Leads Manager system autonomously.
  • Manage all IVF MEDIA websites independently.
  • Analyze visibility reports and derive insights.
  • Take ownership of selected areas.
  • Gather client feedback on our websites to identify improvement areas.
  • Collect information on clients and their marketing activities.
  • Propose enhancements in customer service processes.
  • Work daily with the CRM.
  • Identify market opportunities, such as new article topics and patient tool ideas.
  • Actively suggest improvements.
