We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our account managers in tracking project resources, timelines, and budgets. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining documentation, coordinating resources, and assisting with financial closures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tracking and reporting on project resources, timelines, and budgets managed by account managers.
  • Assisting in budget compliance and resource coordination.
  • Maintaining and organizing documentation for bespoke and Time & Material (T&M) projects.
  • Supporting recruitment tracking and time management processes.
  • Assisting with monthly financial closures and administrative tasks.
  • Preparing reports and analyses using Excel to support project tracking and decision-making.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
