Responsibilities
Your Role: More Than Just Numbers
As a GL Accountant, you will be a key player in general ledger accounting, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and process optimization. This role is perfect for someone who values structure while also thriving in a dynamic environment where continuous improvements are encouraged.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Data Management – Overseeing the general ledger, ensuring accurate data entry, reconciliations, and compliance with internal standards.
- Closing Procedures – Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including adjustments and accruals.
- Analysis & Compliance – Reviewing balance sheets and income statements, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring financial accuracy.
- Cross-Department Collaboration – Working closely with AP, AR, Tax, Treasury, and other teams to streamline financial operations.
- Audit & Reporting Support – Preparing financial data and reports for internal and external audits.
- Process Improvement & Development – Contributing to projects aimed at optimizing financial processes and reporting.
